Putting Tips

  1. Practice putting with a chalk line to improve your aiming.
  2. Mark your golf ball with a straight line. Use that line to line up the golf ball with your target.
  3. Practice long putts to the edge of the green to get a feel for speed, distance and control. You never want to practice missing putts.
  4. Practice short putts right before you play so you keep seeing the ball going into the hole. It builds confidence.
